Refund and Returns Policy If You Have Purchased Online Without Viewing The Caravan

If you have changed your mind and would like a refund please return your item unused and in original condition with proof of purchase within 90 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as the product is returned in good condition, unused and can be resold at full price.
We are unable to refund special order parts and accessories that are not listed on our website and have been sourced specifically for you.
We will refund using the original payment method used with a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned goods from you.
You are liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. 

Product Damaged Upon Arrival
If your product is damaged upon arrival and we have delivered the product, please contact us for further assistance within seven days of receipt.

Returning a Faulty Product
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for further advice. 

Faulty Products After 30 Days
Our vehicles come with our own 3 months parts and labour warranty. If your product develops a fault during this period please contact us.
